Very.co.uk Return SLOW

Hello,
I bought a computer from very.co.uk and received it fairly quickly, I turned it on and found strange (just visible) vertical lines down the left hand side of the screen. After contacting very they referred me to HP and we went through some troubleshooting and HP deemed the machine faulty and gave me a reference number to give to very to arrange a return.
Unfortunately as I am self employed and I work on and offsite I couldn't wait for Very to come and collect the time so I told them I would sent it via Parcelforce 24h (tracked of course) and they said that was fine.
So I sent the item back and it was received and signed for them on the 12th March. I've heard nothing since, I have been in touch with help@veryhq.co.uk but all they say is to wait it can take up to 21 days for the account to be credited. I've heard other say that usually they get a text to confirm the item has been received back but I have not received that and the guy says thats because I used my own courier.
I'm worried now the item is not in the system (as it should be) and awaiting inspection but it seems to fall on deaf ears, they have said they asked their returns team to check to see if they can find the item but that was two days ago! maybe I am just being impatient as I need the machine ASAP for work but I've never been so frustrated with a returns process than I have with Very.

So going into day 8 and I have heard nothing about the computer at all, despite someone signing for it at the returns depot on the 12th March.
So frustrating having to wait for a re-credit before I can even order a new one in exchange.
