After a few phone calls, and a complaint letter, I got my money credited. :T0 -
What did you get credited?
Did they disclose the increases for the next 4 years?
The contract on the 5 year offers is/was only 1 year.
They're trying to see if a long term decent discount of 20% or 33% will discourage customers from calling winback each year...0 -
Hi,
I got a phone call during the week, and she told me they'd tracked down the call, and the operator did indeed tell me there would be no increase for 5 years.
But, she wasn't prepared to honour it for 5 years, just the one year ending this July.
She worked out all the increases that had been added on until July (£72) and credited my account with that amount. Not 100% perfect, but I was happy(ish) with that. I can shop around then to see what's best then.0
