Congratulations, must feel awesome!!!! We have a little over seven weeks to go, and it’s seven weeks because we don’t want to pay the ERC, the money is already in the bank earning more in interest 😊pavlovs_dog said:we've only gone and done it - we're officially mortgage free!
the MF boards (and in particular the MFi3 threads) have been such a huge inspiration and motivation to strive for mortgage freedom. Thanks to all of you who have shared your stories and ideas, and cheered others on from the side lines. The power of the small, every day financial wins has really helped our snowball grow and gain momentum.
Here's wishing those of you still battling your mortgage beasts the very best. Onwards and downwards friends!4 -

we have done this already so this is the 2nd time we will have paid our mortgage off early, but this time we have had some help so have been lucky.
Not aiming for a 3rd time, I’d like to enjoy the MF Life from now on 😀

I think I should move to a different thread. I've got 11 years left and unless a miracle happens, I'm not going to be mortgage free by 2030
