I found it strange that he operates both numbers .
I have two different mobile phones. One is a personal number, one is a business number.
I also have two landlines on my desk at home. One thinks I'm in the UK, the other thinks I'm in the US.
I also have a Fax machine and Fax number. i can make and receive calls on that too if I want.
Having more than one phone isn't unusual0 -
one of the numbers will be connected to a computer churning out spam all day , just like the PPI ones , outgoing only0

All of this kerfuffle could have been avoided if you had given them your postcode in the first placeYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
