The fact that your landlord is private makes no difference but if you're not legally supposed to be living there, that's trickier. Can your friend pay the rent for you and you pay them back?

Why are you assuming your fianc! will get the job? Just because he has an interview does not mean he will get the job, there will be many others after the same job. If he does not you will have no money for emergencies or any such thing.

You say the minimum wage in your country is £200, is that per month? If that is the case you say nothing about the cost of living there and probably have no idea about the long term cost of living here, which is very high.

I have to question why the contract is in a friend's name. This is not generally allowed and smacks of deceit - why is it not in your name? If you are that desperate for money would you not be better off living in a hostel for a while to save some money so you will not find yourself in this situation every month?
