Well for parents who are not waiting for results, the form is easy to complete but for those that are waiting for results, most will await the results and quite rightly, will ignore any such unreasonable requests.

Perhaps the school has made a mistake - a typo ?

Or is your principal anti selection ?

I know it's a bit weird as it says ' the choice of schools at this time is not definitive.' I don't know why they want us to fill it in now when the score will determine choice of school! It must be for those not sitting the test who probably won't turn up for interviews. Yes I do think think the school is turning anti-selection as the AQE preparation was lacking in so many ways.

When you have completed and signed the Transfer Form it should be
forwarded by your primary school to reach the EA by 12 February 2016

I have been reading through last years thread and many people said they got a lower than expected score. I now have myself prepared for this! I think my child's mental health is more important than grades and mine too lol!

I feel for you. This time last year, when I was waiting on the AQE results my DS was coming home from school & telling me that the P7s were all starting to panic and were talking about nothing else. January was a long month for them - it is so hard on them - having to wait all this time.

Keep your chin up - only 2 more weeks to go now

The next two weeks cannot come quick enough. My DS came home with his transfer forms today but they don't have to be in until 5th Feb

Nothing as yet ...did the head of the schools you visited on open nights not tell you ? The 2 Grammar schools I went to told us ��
