I understand and sympathise with your frustration - Xbox is the number one distraction here! Yes, at times there is an inclination to consider withdrawal, but I cannot realistically contemplate this option! Hopefully, the resumption of the new term will bring some desirable routine.0

We are not doing PMP papers but I think a lot of the practice tests are harder eg CEA which I am
using - especially the comprehension. I actually think that's a good thing as it gives them confidence when they start doing past papers & their score improves.
I did a post yesterday but don't think it went on. Regarding previous post where parent mentioned problem of kid not reading questions. My son is a bit like that also - rushing too much. Recently I haves changed my strategy slightly. Instead of sitting down with him to go through corrections I give the paper back to him after I have marked & scored it. I tell h to fix the things he got wrong & after this we go through it together -this is working well as previously I had felt he wasn't listening when I was going through the paper with him.0 -

I have tried this too and it is amazing how much he gets correct on second attempt !!0 -
