Well I had a lovely 45mins of peace this morning before the tribe descended. Our kids are terrible with late nights, they end up getting up earlier than normal and then are gremlins all day...
A great day ahead. We are heading to the park with scooters and the dog late morning. Then an afternoon of taking the decorations down (try to calm the kids down and get some sleep normality back ahead of school return on Monday) and I have a 40min run to sneak in somewhere. Thankfully the ice has gone so I won't be risking a broken arm with every step. I also have another dog walk to slot in later, the darts quarter finals and the best part...some hot pot to polish off!
The poor dog is extremely needy this morning. It seems everyone on our street had splashed out on fireworks last night and from 7.30pm onwards it was a relentless barrage that peaked at 12.05pm.
Last year I was really disciplined with decluttering carp from our house for about 6 weeks. I then had another go in the summer but it didn't really last, mainly due to the recycling centre and charity shop closures slowing me down. I will endeavour to have another go in 2021, and my intention is that 1 item will vanish from the house each day - either bin, charity, or recycling centre. I'll try and list on here along with my daily TT.
£1.02 TT and I'll add my declutter item later....MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......7 -
Sounds like you live near us Jimmy
It was raining here, but they still went off with a bang!
Happy New year to you and your family
glad to read you previous calf injury has settled. I used to love running, but stopped (and started) several times due to reoccurring calf tears. I'm tempted to try again.
