Have a great time off work.
I think I would like a decent bike, but really can't see it getting used that much.
I've actually been seriously considering a running machine recently, although buying a puppy has used up all the funds I might have used for one.0 -

Re running machine, save yourself some money and buy a £5 clothes horse / air dryer as that's what most become after 2 months
Bike a much better investment and more enjoyable!0 -
Well we're here and had a good day for day 1. BOys are full of beans and adults are shattered! There's a new wifi service which i figured we'd try and so far so good. I'll make the £27 back for the weeks charge for it with some MB this weekend!!
I've allocated £200 for the week but secretly hoping it'll be less...as we always wish!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0 -
Just catching up on a few diaries Jimmy. I am really impressed with the amount you are making on MB and I really need to get my head around it...although I am not sure I have enough headspace at the moment it would be a good little avenue for some extra income at some point. I hope you get some decent weather while you are away, it hasn't been great for the school holidays this year and it does make all the difference if you can get the kids outside. Have a lovely time0

A bit late the bike convo, but mine is also the subject of a sad tale of abandonment and neglect- it's currently sitting in the cellar literally gathering dust & rust and looking very sorry for itself. It was bought for me when I was about 14 so I have had it a solid half my life and definitely got a lot of use out of it back then, but am pretty much only holding onto it for sentimental reasons now.
This week has been my first week doing MB and it was your diary that made me get my butt in gear and start. I can't believe how simple it has been. Despite taking my time and triple checking everything and only doing a couple of introductory offers I am already £50 up with what feels like ridiculously little effort, glad I took the plunge!

Well done porgie. I know what you mean about triple checking. I still do that now, and i never try to put bets on when kids are bouncing around as its asking for errors!!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0
