Update, ive recieved a letter from debt recovery company called Wright hassall LLP, threatening requesting a payment now os £190 within 14 days. and if not paid a CCJ will be obtained.
how do I deal with this? do i ring and pay the balance, or do I keep ignoring?0 -

my they seem to have missed out a few things , inc the main one , taking you to court and winning.
Right hastle is a large company , even has a debt collecting department , (that's where your letter "supposedly" came from) , the moment it goes to court , they do not get paid.
