Will also have a look at the mifi thingy and the August DVB whatsit. They might work as well.
And a USB full of stuff would be handy too I guess as that wouldn't rely on the internet being there.
Thanks everyone.:TPAYDBX 2016 #55 100% paid! :j Officially bad debt free...don't count my mortgage.

EE seems to be the best signal, so I may get a SIM with unlimited data on it and hope it works.
Sorry no such beast anymore.
Typically your looking at £10 for a GB of data, which usually lasts till its gone or 30 days.
TV can be anything form 50mb to 350 mb per hour, so that's maybe 3 hours of TV if you watch a lot

I've contacted my phone provider (Vodafone) who tell me that they don't do any sort of data bundle I can add on for a month to give me a load of data allowance on my phone.
You can either buy a "freedom freebee" which gives you a data allowance plus minutes and texts for 30 days, or you can use "Freebee data" where you get to keep the top-up as credit and you get either 500MB or 1GB "free" for 30 days with it depending on the topup.0 -

This one seems to have unlimited...unless it's not properly unlimited and there's a hidden cap?

I do a lot of work for Torbay Health Authority and all their sites have free wifi called Public Internet, even sites not used by the general public.WWSD(what would Scooby Doo)0 -
Vodafone definitely do do bundles which you can add for a month. We use them occasionally. See http://www.vodafone.co.uk/shop/pay-as-you-go/vodafone-freebees/

It's never popped up as an option on my wifi scan thing whilst I've been an outpatient, and the nurse I spoke to today says nope, they don't have wifi there.
I'll maybe contact PALS and see if they know any different.PAYDBX 2016 #55 100% paid! :j Officially bad debt free...don't count my mortgage.
