no cream crackers in lidl since November , they have been changed to some silly assortment pack at £1.99 , (shelves full) same ones at farmfoods next door £1
I want my basic cream crackers!0 -
I can confirm its not disappeared from all stores as I saw it in my local earlier today unless of course they have stopped sending stock and what I saw was being left to run down.0

Rye bread also has vanished0

Did anyone ever get an answer for this? It has been out of stock at our 'local' Lidl for at least a couple of months (I tended to stock up on this & other stuff so only go there every so often due to its location).
Folks in the shop just say don't know and the Perlenbacher bottles which are in its place is far inferior. Lowenstein from Aldi is better. Its a shame its gone; like the op it was a reason for going there!0 -
Our local Lidl's not had the 1kg mature cheese block in stock for a couple of weeks now - instead, I buy 3x 350g packs instead, a little more expensive, but a decent substitute.
If it's not in store next week, I'll ask the staff if they know what's happening with it.0 -
We buy Lidl's own brand cider and it became unavailablemlast year. The space was used for somethng else indiating it wouldn't be stocked any time soon.
It did reappear after several months.
The same with the mixed fruit selection sold at the checkout. It wasn't available for several months but has just reappeared.
When we asked about it we were told it was a bulk buy that had run out.
We bought the cinnamon buns from the instore bakery but they are no longer available Even the checkout operator complained about them not being available. They always sold out quickly.
When we asked at the bakery we were told they weren't sent them anymore. But we can get them at their other store in the next town.
We have had the same experience in Tesco own products but have noticed when the item reappears the price is increased. No doubt they hope you won't notice after the break in sales.0
