Just started renting a flat in March...
in the flat - a bag of christmas trimmings, a draw full of forks & knifes.
In a mass of bushes we chopped down - about 5 burnt out mattresses, several bags of household rubbish, crisp packets dating from 1989, lots of odd bits of scrap metal, carpet, hammers, shovels and a wallet full of wage slips.
In the out houses - 10 water tanks (from the building contractor of the landlord we presume) a lawn mower which works perfectly, several gardening tools, a wicker chair.
They are the things i can remember, there was much more. We had a bit of fun finding all the crap outside obviously no-one had ever maintained the garden and it was just used as the local tip.
Edit: just remembered - in the outhouse for the ground floor flat (which is used as storage for the contractor) a fridge freezer. We told the LL but didnt get a response. We found an old door in the garden and just covered it up. out of sight out of mind0 -
