  • So it's been authorised in a "non prejudice" authorisation :-/
  • So it turns out that all of this is due to the third party or their insurance discrediting my witness. They believe he isn't independant. I'm not sure how they have figured this out as I had never met this guy before!

    I am also 99.9% sure that the kids dad is the one pulling the strings on thier end.

    I've been doing a little reading on here, and now I'm worried about 50/50 or split liability outcomes.

    AX have told me that I have a strong case, I just need my witness to stand up in court and explain that we had never met before the incident.
