Buyer is alleging that a sold vehicle had an accident.

Its a 62 plate diesel manual. Position in terms of price mileage and age
Nine and a half grand for a sub 3-year old <25K diesel manual C-Max Titanium seems suspiciously cheap. The cheapest I can find nationally seems to be over a grand more than that.

Confirmed with Dekra that a vehicle of that reg was inspected but they won't give me any other details.
@BeenThroughIt should I negotiate and pursue the dealer who sold me the vehicle?
If the vehicle was sold to you in an unroadworthy condition, you could certainly try taking action, but proving anything might be tricky, especially now you've punted the car on.
Why *did* you sell a car you paid nearly ten grand for after only four months and 3k miles?0 -

Did the buyer haggle or renegotiate the price down from the advertised price ?I do Contracts, all day every day.0
-
The buyer haggled and negotiated the price on the basis that one of the tyre (pirelli) was of a different make than other four (continental). The buyer was quite through like testing AC, lights, radio, under the bonnet, oil quality. In the original advert I have displayed the full number plate without any editing including the fainted out letters at the end.
@beenthroughit I am selling the car as I need to raise some money to buy a new van and some other things.0 -
The law says differently!...But it does look like you sold them a lemon. Not that it's your problem unless you were dishonest about it. At least you didn't try to cover it up.

If everything is as the OP says then he is likely to lose in court. It may be time to give the buyer his money back, and have strong words with the dealer he bought it from.0 -

A 63 reg at 30000 miles is 9990
But that's higher miles and not a Titanium, so it's not directly comparable.
You have to get up to 35K miles before you can find a Titanium for less than £10K.0 -

Your foundation for this opinion please ?
Case law say differently on private sales, especially where a buyer inspects the merchendise and negotiates the price after inspecting.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -

You may be right; the only way the OP can know for sure is to let it go to court.0
