Any similarities are purely coincidental

What do we think? This is purely comical

EF - you seem to make a lot of acronym errors.

    IPS? Who are they?
IPA? (One you've used before). India Pale Ale?

Apparently not the BPA who are quibbling about the latest set of invoices they got from POPLA.

So on the one hand Parking Eye want to delay all their POPLA cases (even though they don't even submit evidence most of the time) until the Beavis appeal is known. On the other hand, they are in complete denial that the appeal is even going ahead judging by their website or the paperwork they send out to motorists.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

This is so wrong. Before postponing an adjudication PoPLA ought at least to consider all the non-GPEOL-related appeal points which they customarily ignore. "Not a GPEOL" isn't the only potentially winning appeal point!

Does anyone know if this is across the board parking lie POPLA cases or just pertaining to certain areas or P & D car parks?

perhaps they will give Barry Beavis a popla code and ask him to submit his appeal too (seeing as this never happened at the time) :)
