Yes I do thanks Evangaline But I knew I kind of wasted my opportunity at constructive dismissal when I worked part of my notice BUT I was the only one who knew how to operated the banking and pensions for just over 1000 staff I could not risk some of my staff not getting paid

My letter to the boss was excellent as had loads of input from the insurance company , an independent adviser, a union rep and ACAS

    We will wait and see
Thats not me, you got me confused with Enterprise again :D

    Afternoon paw sniffers:D

My mission was successful and you were right 3dogs and others who might have agreed. It's a bird scarer. I checked it out today and what I didn't see from the direction I was looking at it from, was a huge flexible pole and the string was attached to that. So my mystery is solved. No bird of prey for me:o

Made it to M&S and got the scrapings up:rotfl: all the mixed boxes had gone which is fortunate as Oz has gone off Felix anyway:rotfl:
Managed a dozen individual Shebas for 20p each and some M&S branded dry cat food for 20p too.
What a cracking bargain for cat owners:T:T:T
Must be something happening with the Felix AGAIL as A have it now under £3. Wonder if there's a packaging change.

As I was in a different town I took a handful of APGs along and bought cheap dried pasta, greek yoghurt and PG tips 240 for £2.97:T

Lots of Easter eggs on wombles today:T

Hairdresser was really nice and was  when she saw my hair told me it was 4 styles in one  :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Outcome she's tidied the sides up and back cut fringe . Checked for split ends and said not got any :T:T

I have to let the short short layers grow out at the back and said to try and go back in 6 weeks and hopefully back will have grown a bit.

So :) with the hairdresser and will ask for her when I go again :D

Hair feels better and I feel better knowing hair will eventually be long enough for hairdresser to style it :j:j

    I like your essays Tweets:)
im pleased you have found a competent hairdresser and in 6 weeks you'll be able to have a new hair style to go with your new figure:)
    and Thanks for your wishes

Went to Mr T after and did a muggle shop :rotfl::rotfl:i wasn't in the mood for messing even treated myself to 2 fresh cream macaroons which had a yellow sticker on.

Ill one in trouble today . She serving potatoes gravy and veg this week. I am on other side bain marie serving meat, pies etc :)

Mid day came and told cook that 2 pupils had put in a complaint They had seen ill one put 2 fingers in the mash then lick mash from her fingers  Pupils asked mid day if they would get into trouble. Ill one denied it but like we said when she had gone home If she hadn't done it we would have asked which pupils had said it. So she got to go in the daily diary and sign it.

Sorry about the essay :p :rotfl::rotfl:

As much as I enjoy TG, it's the right decision.

Let me put it another way, if a Tosco employee punched the manager, the employee would be dismissed.
Its not really the same thing. First I'll say I don't really care for Top Gear and often find Jeremy Clarkson annoying however the programme would not be the same without him (not sure if they are planning to continue the programme without him). A lot of people like him and the programme makes lots of money for the BBC. I fear that without Top Gear our TV licence fee will increase :(

IMO it's not that big a deal. They should have just paid the man who got punched some money to not make a fuss. I'm sure he would have been happy with that. No need to axe a programme that is loved in many different countries and cause disappointment for hundreds of thousands if not millions of people
