Back from swimming. Forgot to swap out of my contact lenses so spent a full hour swimming with my head completely out of the water. Now I have neck ache:o:rotfl:
I have plenty handwash and you only need one drop of that JF frizz oil stuff per application. I have one bottle and I ve been using it for months and I swear it's not going down:rotfl:

So I'm not venturing out:)
