Unfortunately he has an endless pit of money and would rather pay someone else to do it than do it ourselves. I.e. An Ikea set of draws!!

Anyway... it looks like I'm going this one alone, but this mornings mistake has left me doubting myself and wrecked my confidence.

When I hit a wire like that, it just tripped the switch and when I put it on again it all just worked. My brother tried to explain, saying something about electricity going both ways. It didn't make sense to me but I've not had problems since. I had electricians in the house too and they weren't worried either.

Here's my shop from Sada at 4:30 today (after a receipt only half printed and the SA tried to convince me 'I didn't need one really' and me insisting 'I really do', prompting them to call head office to trace the transaction, then emailing the receipt to the bosses, who printed it out and gave it to me - faff!)
