i am in the wrag of esa and attend seetec work programme, but since i have been attending there i had some more test and found my condition had got worst, so i told my advisor who advised me to write to the dwp and tell them, and consider putting me in the support group as seetec wanted me to do more sessions with them, but now i've got a letter back saying they didn't have enough information to put me in the support group and i have been passed to a company called maximus medical services and they will send me a self assesment questionaire form out and i may have to do another face to face interview, i didn't want to go though all that again and my advisor had told me it would just be a simple yes or no decision to move to the support group, i feel he has give me wrong advice and now all the stress again of the forms and interviews, and what happens to my money will i still get paid while this is going on, it was 12 months ago since i went to court and put in the wrag, i am very worried as the letter says i may now be found fit for work, i feel the advisor has give me the wrong information

You will have to be reassessed if you report a change in circumstances. The assessment will look at how your condition affects your ability to do certain activities/ descriptors, not just test results. You need to explain how it affects you on a day to day basis.0

Yes, you will continue to receive payments while your claim is reassessed. The WP advisor is not trained to advise on this. You could complain to his manager if you wish to, but it will not stop the assessment.0 -

the advisor where i was going was telling loads of people to reapply to support group0

did you say your condition had changed or that you felt you met the support group criteria?
if a change of circumstances, they reassess.
if you feel you meet the support group descriptors ( and send evidence) they will make a decision based on the new evidence.
you need to look at the support group descriptors to see which one you think applies.
getting into the support group has almost nothing to do with a worsening condition and means very little unless it meets one of the support group descriptors0 -
my condition had changed and the advisor said i must tell them, on top of the orginal condition i had i now have be told of a new one, its just the part where it say they can find you fit for work which bothers me, but the advisor said that was unlikely, but he ws wrong about the reassesment, so now i am worrying all over again, i did go to court 12 months ago and got awarded the points and esa, and i have since be awarded a bus pass0

If I was you I would be looking up the condition on-line NHSChoices seems to be the one ATOS and now Maximus will use to gather info on the condition, its side effects and that of medication given.
Use drugs.com to get the side effects of the meds you take. Also put in the other info box ALL VERBAL COMMUNICATION WILL BE AUDIO RECORDED. Print off the most interesting info on your meds and all your conditions, use a highlighter to highlight anything from the list of meds that affects you.
On recording covertly record your mobile may be adequate, I personally use my phone & a Dictaphone, but if they want you to attend call them 2 days before the day and tell them you want it recording stating
Yes, individuals are able to request that their assessments recorded but must make the
request at least 48 hours in advance.
taken from here
They will possibly delay the assessment but on attending get a travel expenses form then ask if the equipment is there and for a demonstration of it working, any noises after it starts recording suggests the recorder is defective.Someone please tell me what money is0 -
which advisor?
the one at the job centre or the work programme one?
to be honest, it is only essential to tell them of a change of your condition has improved, unless it meets one of the support group descriptors.
the fact that you had significant issues in receiving ESA in the first place should have been a warning that unless you felt certain that you met the support group criteria, then it would be better to leave things alone.
you cannot be mandated to do things on the work programme if they are detrimental to your health.
have you actually looked at the support group descriptors?0
