lol sure then even though it has pps logo ion top by mentioning valley enforcement on the ticket they have shot themselves in the foot.

This company no longer exists so should have change there ticket rolls to reflect this.

although does only mention valley that once under the heading

it only says "er11" once on a £5 note , but we believe its a £5 note ,

you were led to believe the ticket had come from valley parking not a unknown 3 didget company , it could have said XYZ , you still would not have known who it was , however you have been mislead , and have been asked to send money to a struck off company , that does not pay tax or VAT ,

I think this might be obtaining money with deception

    any thoughts chaps?

the company addy to send the money to is PPS at newton abbot and they have a website but as you say mentioning valley enforcement is poor even by their standards as doesn't really need it as the ticket is pps really so maybe cowboys are getting worse

there are 2 PPS on the BPA website, wait for NTK and see if its PPS as mentioned above if it arrives , then appeal it using the template letter

valley enforcement were clampers in the pre POFA 2012 era

you were lead to believe valley enforcement , as per your title "Valley Enforcement (PPS Ltd) "

    not PPS recovery systems

PPS professional packing services and none of the ones listed on the first 3 pages of a google search

also there address is listed as a PO box , another big no no ,

by your first posting , you believed you were dealing with valley , when you get a NTK , via PPS , complain , bring to peoples attention that PPS are evading tax and vat by using another dissolved companies name

I have already posted valley enforcements last known address and the currant one for premier parking , it is obvious they are the same company.

valley parking probably went bust , when people started chasing the muppets for false clamping , and sent then CCJs ,

a company with CCJs cannot join the BPA , so they disappear and return with a new name .

forget the muppets , they have left more holes in there ticket than I care to think of ,

DO NOT CONTACT THEM , anfter they contact you and any further communication , refer to them as valley parking NOT PPS

You are all barking up the wrong tree with this trading name malarkey. Any company can invent any trading name it wants so long as (i) it isn't the name of an existing company, and (ii) they show their real, registered name on all their official paperwork as well as their trading name.

So, since Valley Enforcement Ltd. no longer exists, PPS is perfectly at liberty to trade as "Valley Enforcement" if it so wishes.

Your choices now are to appeal using the standard approach, or to ignore. I believe PPS Ltd. is fairly aggressive and does issue court claims occasionally. Your call, but forget this name bolleaux, it'll get you nowhere.

cheers mate> well if I did appeal not sure if I would win as did forget to pay although paid in hindsight ( before I realised I had a ticket) so suppose I was in the wrong and if it did go to court and I lost am I looking at £100's of pound or just a bit more than the ticket price so I can assess whether its worth paying to make this go away as have a stressful job and don't really need anymore tbh

If you appealed properly you would win easy-peasy.
