    I was driving my bosses car - so i'm assuming the first letter would be to notify them off the driver? In which case I think it would be wise to give them my details so he doesn't have any hassle...

    But nothing might ever arrive. APCOA are notorious for their shockingly bad admin. If I were you I'd mention it to your boss and tell him that if he gets a begging letter from a company called APCOA to pass it on to you and you will deal with it.

    In the meantime study the Newbies thread and learn how to appeal successfully.
