Anyway I totally agree with this

(QUOTE LEADHEAD)As Ive said on here before, if looking after me and mine and people i care for, to the best of my ability(which may mean grabbing hundreds of coupons), is being greedy....then yes, I'm greedy.......End of story(QUOTE)

Your children are very lucky to get 2 holidays, but please do spare a thought for the many families who don't get to benefit because there are no coupons left for them!

What did we do wrong ???

The Tesco on the Isle of Wight NEVER have any coupons even though I've asked a few times (just in case they hide them).
A very kind MSE sent some to me so I went shopping today with DH. This is what happened ...

    I bought:
    Radox Handwash x 2 £3.32 BOGOF
    Dove Shampoo x 2 £3.82 BOGOF
    Radox Bath £1.00
    Toothpaste 90p
    Dove soap x 2 £1.96
    Centrum x 2 £6.94 BOGOF
    Bassetts Vitamins £1.28
    Total .... £18.32
    Minus BOGOF £8.71
    Total .... £9.61

    Used
    1 x Colgate 40p
    1 x £2.50 wys £10 on beauty & toiletry
    1 x £1 wys £4 on toiletry
    1 x £2 wys £8 on healthcare
    1 x £1 wys £4 on healthcare

    Paid £2.71 :D

    DH bought:
    Dove Conditioner x 2 £3.82 BOGOF
    Toothbrush £1.47
    Sanex Deodrant x 2 £4.94 BOGOF
    Toothpaste 90p
    Total ... £11.13
    Minus BOGOF £4.38
    Total .... £6.75

    Tried to use
    Used
    1 x Colgate 40p
    1 x £2.50 wys £10 on beauty & toiletry
    1 x £1 wys £4 on toiletry
BUT only had 40p off toothpaste & £1 off toiletry accepted. I went to the CS and told them I HAD spent £10 so my £2.50 MOC should work, she even got her calculator out and said yes I had, then she looked at the BOGOF's on the till receipt and said that I had to spend £10 AFTER the BOGOf price. :o I was reluctant to argue. What did I do wrong???

I don't want to do it wrong again as these are the only coupons I have

I have never seen them in the Midlands either, but have bought H&b from Ebay. I am determined that Cinders and husband (:rotfl:that's us)shall go on the P&O cruise.

Those of you that buy bits and pieces to disguise h+b stuff..... I always get a couple lottery tickets from the cashier..... sometimes distracts cashier from the fact that you are passing too many coupons over too! :D
