see , VCS have got you confused now , checking your sanity and asking on forums if red routes exist outside of London
VCS = red routes on all our airport sites , those are genuine
next year we paint then green , then we can get a grant for going green

Just like those fake "no entry signs" that a certain Norfolk based PPC uses as an excuse to send out fake parking "fines" if you drive past them. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
-
nothing will be done by just complaining on here , needs mass complaints to the DVLa and BPA , enough to slow them down and spend more time investigating , if you receive a crap answer , ask again ,
the dvla and bpa , think (in the little cotton ball shell) that everything is ok0 -
Arn't VCS with IPC these days?
Prankster's blog entry is interesting.
If, by DfT's guidelines it is impossible to read those signs without stopping, then an appeal to IAS on the basis that a contract could not be entered to, on these grounds, should succeed.
Shouldn't it??Bournemouth - home of the Mighty Cherries0 -

should do , but it won,t.
this is why we need to drag not only VCS to the courts , but make sure that an assessor from the IPC is there ,
but if pushed that far they will back down as they know they cannot win, and the whole sorded story of paying JLA £25000 per year would come out.
the game would be up then for good0 -
Esmerobbo...u didn't by any chance clock the lighting around the signs did you only it was late and dark too. Not sure if lighting holds any additional weight along with font size etc0
-
its all smoke and mirrors , what does lighting matter0
-
Just asking as part of the appeal letter writing up...that's all if measurements and reading the signs are a factor then lighting would be too. Wouldn't it?0
-
possibly , but they will say street lighting is good enough
you do realise that anything you write will be dismissed .
how about a virtual bet?
we could even have a public poll on your case , but I know what the answer from the cow shed will be0
