PCN from LJL AIRPORT by VCS

Options
Hello All, I have looked at all the threads and become quite confused because of dates etc. what is the most up to date procedure to appeal. The PCN has recently landed and the RK was not the driver.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    its JLA at Liverpool

there are plenty of recent threads on this airport , controlled by VCS

its the template appeal in the NEWBIES sticky thread , VCS will turn it down and refer you to the IAS kangaroo court, who will also refuse your appeal

see other similar recent threads for more info

remember, this is now IPC and IAS, so dont read older BPA and POPLA threads now
  • VCS are IPC members, so I gather that you appeal to the IAS. The IAS will reject your appeal, so then you just have to wait for the arrival of the inevitable debt collectors letters demanding money with menaces. These you discard for up to 6 years. Do not discard anything from a bona fida court of law though. If you aren't sure, then contact the court directly for verification. From what I've read, it seems that there is a liberal definition of the land around JLA which does not seem to have been resolved one way or the other. Some say the airport land is something to do with the term 'relevant land' whilst other do not agree. Regardless of that, with VCS-related tickets, you just have to ensure that your shredder is up to the job of disposing of the numerous debt collector's letters you'll receive. After 6 years, the 'charge' goes away of it's own accord. Hang in tight!

its not relevant land , it comes under bylaws , don,t do IAS , tell them to take you to court , and you will show the relevant PDF showing the bylaws to the court

time they were shot down ,

one recent thread shows that person won on a technicality that the assessor refused to explain , find it and read it as it tells you all about this sc@m and the IAS

was the technicality the fact that the land was under bylaws and not relevant for VCS to charge for?

well 5 seconds og googling VCS JLA bylaws shows this

    http://www.ryanair.com/doc/apt/parking/LPL.pdf

    http://www.ryanair.com/doc/apt/parking/LPL.pdf

note the words towards the start

    "

is subject to the current terms and conditions of Liverpool Airport Limited ("the Company") and the airport byelaws "

suggesting , (as we all know but vcs won,t admit) that bylaws supersede there stupid made up laws

and yes they do exist and date back to when the airport became commercial many many years ago ,

they have NOT been superseded or amended
