Ooh, good luck with the move Pooky! I trust there will be enough room in the new home for your crafting though!

Oh yes! Will still have a "spare" room for a year or so until DD1 finishes Uni and comes back to get herself sorted for life. So plenty of room to set up my desk, although probably not much time to do anything as the house needs a lot of work (polystyrene ceiling tiles in nearly every room), a new bathroom downstairs and a replacement bathroom upstairs as well as general decoration, new radiators.....the list is endless.

But all the work is forgiven as it's got sea views :j

Sounds lovely Pooky, hope you will be very happy in your new home.
Softstuff - If you want it you should have it, this is an ideal time to put in what you need/want. Once the work is all finished you may regret it and it could be too late. If you don't use it, I'm sure a big pot plant would look good!

I had a lovely day yesterday but sadly have to go back to work today, still, not long until the Easter holidays. We have a long weekend for Easter then back for the rest of the week and off again for 2 weeks.

Pooky, years ago I borrowed my Dad's Steamer to take off my Mum's kitchen wall paper, it had a flat, tray sized gadget just to use on wallpaper, well the kitchen had polystryrene ceiling tiles after 15-20 minutes of using the steamer on the top half of the wallpaper the ceiling tiles started dropping off, so it might work on your tiles as well, but just to keep it cost freindly ask if any of your freinds have got a steamer you can borrow just to try in corner, then if it work's see if you can hire one with the wallpaper atachment with that many to get rid of.hth.

    Enjoy your sea veiw.

I've used that truck before but thanks for reminding me, I've got a steamer on loan with a friend so I shall have to get it back. I've also had to use a heat gun to melt the ruddy horrid glue that just never wants to come off....heat and scrape, heat and scrape!

All my life I've wanted to sell up, buy a boat, and take off over the horizon. The only thing that stopped me was that we had nothing much to sell. LOL!
