If you believe you are in the right then you could also send them a letter before claims saying you will be taking them to court for the money they took if not returned in 14 days.Still rolling rolling rolling......

Demand they reverse it otherwise you will be taking them to the FOS and reporting them to the FCA and will be claiming compensation for any loss and inconvenience you incur.
They said they can - as when the money was initially taken I had a balance of circa £5,000 although only available funds of £2,300. They have said they will use the balance and not the available funds to make a decision on whether they are in their rights to take the £3,000.
I was told by NW bank that the money would be refunded, yesterday I was told it was actually only a 'temporary credit to my account' so they have now authorised the payment of £3,000 even though I only had £2,300 in my account when the money was original taken, which to me seems very strange!
The FOS have written to NW CC and have said they have 8 weeks to resolve the issue. The woman from nwcc who called me said the matter is clear as far as they are concerned, I owe them £4,400 on a credit card which defaulted on 27th March 2009 and the first time they action is 4th March 2015 which again I find unreal. Also, the fact that I was told it is too far to look back as a fraudulent account.
So my current situation is that my current account is now -£2995 for which NW bank are charging me daily for and I still apparently owe £1,400 to NW CC!0 -
Never too late. They are talking bollucks to try to hide the fact that they screwed up leaving it so long. Ask them for a final response. If they give it then you dont have to wait the 8 weeks to go to the fos. You can do it as soon as they give the final response/Still rolling rolling rolling......
