New easyJet hold luggage procedure

At a guess you are paying £2 for the flight out & £2 for the flight back as it's definitely £2 per bag

So..just to clarify as I don't want to be stung at the airport...

I booked during the Easyjet Wheel Promotion was on on 17/07/07 for a weekend trip to Amsterdam leaving 19/10/07- at that point no fees were incurred for hold baggage.

Online the baggage area on our booking doesn't have a "prepay now" or similar - all it says is:

Baggage

• The 2 passenger(s) in this booking may check in a combined total of 2 hold bag(s). The 20kg hold bag weight allowance (per passenger) does not increase with the addition of further hold bags.

However further down it does say:
Flight(s) after October 1: Each hold bag is charged at £2.00 per bag when pre-paid online; £5.00 per bag at the airport. Purchasing additional bags does not increase your weight allowance. Each passenger is entitled to carry 20 kg of hold baggage spread over a maximum of 8 hold bags. Excess weight fees will be payable at the airport if the total weight exceeds 20 kg.


So which is it???
