The right hotel may well have been booked. However the wrong airport has. You have flights to Enfidha (NBE) which is about 5 hours north of Djerba (DJE). That flight will be no good for your hotel in Djerba. I suspect a little more than the transfer is wrong with your booking!

Before you call A1, what exactly does your confirmation email say?

Going through the website, it does indeed suggest a hotel in Djerba to match with flights to Enfidha - it won't offer a transfer for it though.

It's a nonsensical pairing so I don't quite get why it was bundled into a specially made package (from what the OP said it sounds like they got one of the "Managers deals" from the homepage?). Actually, it's not enormously surprising if the "manager" who picks these deals just used the standard search engine and doesn't actually realise they're so far apart!
