Help! Shuttle Transfer Information Please!

It was already a package on their website. I selected it as a bundle that was already created And being advertised as a summer deal. The only thing I did select prior to payment is the transfers as I have stated.

You're being incredibly vague for someone asking a group of strangers for free help...

If you can't provide a link then can you provide the booking confirmation (with your personal details deleted/covered up)? You can state anything you like, but if it doesn't match up with what the company has on it's records then it's not going to be of any use!

How am I being incredibly vague? I have explained the details of my holiday. I'm not in a position to post a link on to the forum Hence me answering the questions.
At the end of the day I wouldn't gain anything by asking for some advice on this site using a made up holiday That didn't exist.

Holiday is a flight from Birmingham airport to Enfidha Tunisia.
The transfer is then from Enfidha to Yasmine Hammamet (It doesn't state a specific destination)
The hotel I'm booked in to is in Djerba - Radisson

So your booking confirmation (not just the resorthoppa voucher - the actual confirmation you got from the travel agent) states that you booked a transfer from Enfidha to Yasmine Hammamet?

A screenshot showing a transfer from NBE to Hammamet? There's no need as that doesn't help your case at all - in fact it hurts your case!

I've tried again and I can't get it to offer any transfers at all between NBE and Djerba. I wasn't accusing you of making stuff up (so sorry you got that impression) - if you were "in the wrong" then I fully believe it would have been an innocent mistake. Absolutely nothing I can see backs up your story though so if you're adamant that you booked a transfer to Djerba then I don't see what you can do other than just keep complaining and either change your hotel/flight or find your own transport.

As peachy said, "But Why would you want to fly into Hammamet when you're staying in Djerba which is 6 hours away? You need to be flying into DJE."

I do genuinely appreciate everyone's help with this. I can assure you that the hotel in Djerba has been booked.

I will speak to A1 travel tomorrow and see what they say. I just wanted to see if I could get a little bit of advice/information on this before speaking to them about this issue.

Clearly something has gone wrong with the booking and something has got to be changed, so I'd be prepared with info on hotels in Hammamet you'd be willing to change to or flights to DJE you'd be willing to change to, because you won't be going to Djerba if you get on that flight.
