It might be best to ask the DVLA to sort it out.
who will then pass it to the BPA , who will say ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,0 -
Disregard the SRA Ms Ledson has nothing to do with this. VCS aren't in the BPA anymore so a complaint to them is useless too. They are now in the IPC but you will have to explain this was prior to them joining.

Thank you. I don't know how I managed to confuse myself with the names last night (I haven't even got the excuse of having had a drink!)
All your advice (and that of other members) is greatly appreciated0 -

True but it can lead to a second complaint that neither ATA will do anything about their members. It enables complaints to be escalated up and (no laughing at the back) may get the DVLA to actually accept some responsibility.0 -
let it get to court , turn up and show your paperwork , let them look idiots , and let it cost them , don,t forget your costs0

I'll post whatever outcome on here0

Please keep us updated. You may need more advice as things (don't) progress. VCS jumped from BPA to IPC so getting either of them to do anything will be a pain.0

let them spend money , and claim you costs back
they will look fools in court
you will of corse be claiming (in a separate court action) for your costs for distress and damage to the fluffy bunny you kicked across the kitchen floor , after reading this claim0
