Thank you. I don't know how I managed to confuse myself with the names last night (I haven't even got the excuse of having had a drink!)

True but it can lead to a second complaint that neither ATA will do anything about their members. It enables complaints to be escalated up and (no laughing at the back) may get the DVLA to actually accept some responsibility.

Please keep us updated. You may need more advice as things (don't) progress. VCS jumped from BPA to IPC so getting either of them to do anything will be a pain.

you will of corse be claiming (in a separate court action) for your costs for distress and damage to the fluffy bunny you kicked across the kitchen floor , after reading this claim
