    Absolutely this!

But ... are you 100% sure it relates to the same PCN? (Gotta be asked).

Yes this is definitely the same penalty notice.

I'm going to do everything suggested here.

    Thanks

Ive got a feeling that if you report them to the DVLA it will go like this...
Thank you for your concerns we have forwarded your complaint onwards to the BPA who are the relevant Accredited trade Association (ATA) to investigate this matter and take action as required.

The BPA: Thank you for drawing this to our attention, this appears to be a clerical error. We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that we are a trade association and as such we do not regulate our members.
please send your appeal to the relevant parking company.

In the meantime the parking eye robot will just carry on spewing forth regardless.

In who's car park did this take place?

This was at Liverpool John Lennon Airport

Hence why I asked ... people can get blinkered vision when it comes to PCNs.

You are correct. The notice is from VCS, as was the original and the the POPLA appeal was against VCS.

I've muddled up the companies when reading through the forum late last night looking for similar situations.

No, this isn't a case of blinkered vision. It's definitely the same notice. I've just muddled up the names reading through other it's last night.

The original notice was from VCS, the POPLA appeal was against VCS and this latest reminder is from VCS.

    Apologies for the confusion caused.

Disregard the SRA Ms Ledson has nothing to do with this. VCS aren't in the BPA anymore so a complaint to them is useless too. They are now in the IPC but you will have to explain this was prior to them joining.

It might be best to ask the DVLA to sort it out.
