Hi,
Last year I successfully appealed a Parking Eye charge with POPLA. The appeal was found in my favour and the decision told the parking operator forthwith.
Today I habe received a 'final notice from Parking Eye in relation to the same penalty notice.
Do I just refer this matter back to POPLA or is there anything else I can/should do?
Many thanks

Report them to the DVLA and the BPA Ltd.
Misuse of RK details to pursue (and harass) a registered keeper in respect of a parking charge that they've already been told to cancel.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
Many thanks for this0

I'd also complain to the shop/land owner letting them know you will be complaining to the local press about the way their agent is behaving.:j0

Also report them to the ICO for misuse of data.0

Ive got a feeling that if you report them to the DVLA it will go like this...
Thank you for your concerns we have forwarded your complaint onwards to the BPA who are the relevant Accredited trade Association (ATA) to investigate this matter and take action as required.
The BPA: Thank you for drawing this to our attention, this appears to be a clerical error. We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that we are a trade association and as such we do not regulate our members.
please send your appeal to the relevant parking company.
In the meantime the parking eye robot will just carry on spewing forth regardless.
In who's car park did this take place? From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -
have a trip to court , armed with your successful appeal letter , inform the press , show this shower of %hite up for what they are
THEN GO AFTER THEM0 -
court first then Vexatious litigation

and don,t forget to involve Mrs leesdon (sp) as she charged them £50 for checking the forms and signing them0 -
As Ms Ledson is a solicitor a complaint should also be made to the SRA.0
-
and she checks each and every claim over in person , spending a lot of time on each before charging £50 for each one to parking eye ,, how funny , she is on a salary.
as she has done this (and signed the paperwork) the quality of her work must be addressed .
maybe she is overworked , she was signing up to 1000 claims a week last year0
