I recently had a major operation and had to go to a NHS centre for an appointment and after this I popped in to lidl new hall lane preston for a loaf of bread and at this time I was struggling to walk more than about 10 yards before getting breathless
So I parked in a parent baby bay closest to the main entrance
I was in the store for no more than 7 minutes
I have the receipt for the purchase
My question is should I pay the early charge £50
Not keen on this as I don't feel I'm in the wrong or dispute this?
Any help much appreciated0 -

This campany issued tickets to car owners/Residents Places for People but they have not issued permit since December 2017
They have a box number Suit 211 City House 131 Friargate Preston Lancashire PR1 2EF on 17 July 2015
which is nothing more than a mailing address. Keneth A Marland the owner has a Council House address on Hatfield Rd pr26aq phone 01772 798999 but not able to speak with anyone only pay money.
Companies House type name Keneth A Marland
Acording to my Landlord Places for People (Mr Kahn) they no longer work for them but are still ussuing damands for payment.0
