Parking company incorporated in December in Lancashire, member of the IPC. Looks to be a one-man-band, one [TEXT REMOVED BY FORUM TEAM]. He used to be a director of a company called [TEXT REMOVED BY FORUM TEAM], so probably a knuckle-scraping security goon as is typical of these one-man-band parking outfits.

He's so thick he's registered his URL at what appears to be his home address: [TEXT REMOVED BY FORUM TEAM]

And here he is in all his glory: [TEXT REMOVED BY FORUM TEAM]

Antything else? Why do you ask?

A website which doesn't comply with Companies Act, but they have kindly left their bank account details on it!

Their ICO registration includes this sentence:-
"We process personal information to enable us to send none payment details to registered keeper for unpaid parking charge notice."

A nice little reminder for the IAS when submitting an appeal.

    From their website!
We will supply you with our permits that have a unique hologram and number. More secure. Our signs have been designed to be a deterrent and we believe that we can do a better deal than most companies.

Presumably they won't be following the 'contractual route'. :rotfl:

Screen dump taken - for posterity!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • I actually thought you 'regulars' were, dare I say, slightly 'unsocial with your personalities' -. There is a lot of information you have kindly supplied -My wife was given a parking ticket by this company in Preston....but no office number is available to quickly complain......

Never call them - but feel free to see if there is a regular who is either near their Registerd Office, or happy to go for a drive.

I find my chauffeur is forever bringing home tickets for me to enjoy dealing with.

I give him a bonus for them :rotfl:
