sorry been missing RL is getting in the way. Have been applying for loads of jobs and getting really fed up of not progressing anywhere. :( I really don't know what they are looking for. 1 job I applied recently I'd also applied last year, I looked back on my application form as I thought well that didn't work so needed to make it different. Still got it rejected.
Applied for a maternity cover role, knew I could do it with my eyes closed. The organisation called me up to thank me for applying but said I was too highly qualified. I knew that but it still doesn't help. :(

Anyway I have a UU - Dove deordorant, my HG so WBA but still have some in the stash :)
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

I hope you get somewhere soon with your job hunting. How ridiculous to say you are too qualified for a maternity cover job, they are not considering employing you permanently so what difference could it make?

spent the last week sorting through more of my stash and working through my perfume stash for GA's. It feels very good to de-stash!

asset2004 - Stay positive and exude positivity during the interviews, you'll get something. Hang in there x

Asset, I would echo what dolly says. I'd also say however that maybe the way to look at this is that the company did not want to pay you the appropriate wage for your qualification. Maybe they're trying to keep the cost of the cover down as they'll already be paying the person on mat leave. Keep your chin up. xx

My UUs have ground to a halt however my LE order arrived and the Limited Edition Rose & Lavender C&P is gorgeous. The cleansers came in a gorgeous tin too.

MrM has also ordered the OPI 8 Piece Hawaii Kit from QVC for me which I am very excited about.

Today am wearing one of my absolute fave OPI polishes: Manicurist of Seville.

Have a good weekend folks. I'm off work next week - yippee. Ready for a break.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Best of luck with the job search, asset2004! I know all too well how hard it is. The industry I am in is so competitive - I've applied for my dream job many times but alas I've been unsuccessful. We will get there eventually! :)

Another UU for this month - best month for UU in over a year.

Skin Blossom Day Cream - WMBA, not bad for the money and seemed to suit my skin.

Keeping my fingers crossed that something good comes from all of your job searching asset.

I have another UU to report - Superdrug Cocoa Butter Body Lotion. This was very runny and on every application I struggled with it dripping off my fingers and onto the floor, which was really annoying. It also takes ages to absorb and I'm not overly keen on the scent. I much prefer the Boots version, however, I have 3 more of these to get through, as they were on offer. They are very good value and moisturise well but I may return to the Boots lotion when I have finished these. WMBA

    Hello

I'm sorry to have to report some INs. I went to TKMaxx and...
    Miller Harris Citron hand lotion
Miller Harris Bon Voyage travel set
    Miller Harris shower gel
Space NK life shower gel set

Could I just add in my defence that these were all red sticker items? feeling quite disappointed in myself.
