The blurb is rubbish too, it doesn't list the room sizes which makes the lack of floor plan even more annoying as it's hard to work out how big the house is. And the photos are so dark, it just looks like they didn't put any effort in to marketing your house at all.

Edit: I've just had a look through the other properties marketed by that agent and it looks like they don't normally do floorplans, but when they do, they're the most baffling, overly complicated floor plans I've ever seen

Yeah hadn't seen that. It is more like a builder's blueprint!

Anyway we have decided to cut and run.

No doubt I will be back on to pester everyone for more advice on what to do next!

    Thanks again.

That floor plan looks to me like it's an architect's drawing from the house being built.

Moodyman, your house looks in pretty good condition to me. I hope you get a buyer soon.

Would you consider painting the kitchen doors? It could just be the photo but it looks quite dark.

Other than that it looks good :)

Hope another agent will get it sold ASAP

The details look like town planning - with moving people depicted as they tackle rush hour.

    Ditto this.

No way should it have hung around for 6 months.

If you want a floorplan (and a new agent), you can probably sketch one freehand pretty easily, and treat yourself to a laser tape like https://www.trotec24.co.uk/measuring-instruments/multimeasure-series/basic-series-measuring-instruments/bd10-laser-distance-meter.html and you can dimension it in a fun hour or two. Make sure you mark the plan 'do not scale' and/or 'indicative sizes only' or something like that

Sorry - I do have one more question...

Can I take the home report that was done at the time and use it with a future EA or will I have to pay for that all over again?
Are you in Scotland or do you mean the Energy Performance Certificate?
