How Long Do Banks Take To Pay Up

Hi all
I have succesfully claimed against my bank for bank charges. Not a huge amount (£347) and Natwest hae sent me a form basically saying "Sign this and we'll send your money"
That was about 5 weeks ago. And i've heard nothing since, is this normal? Does it take a long time for them to cough up?
Should I contact them?

Why don't you call them up and ask what the problem is? They might not have received the form or they might think the test case changes the situation (which it doesn't).Reclaimed thanks to this site:

I have been awarded the judgement on my case (yipee) ... the judgement paperwork say that HSBC is ordered to payup "forthwith" ... how long does sthi smean that they have to pay?We missed out on the reclaim of nearly £5000 bank charges from HSBC, but picked up over £10000 in PPI claims against them instead. I am now debt free and working to help my other half clear hers0
