scotmumof3 that's great news for you and family.(((hugs))) Thanks for letting us know.

Aphidgirl nothing wrong with cornflakes for supper, but the soup you rustled up sounds yummy. :money:

Agent Mankini Igor has hurried off to fetch you a medicinal poultice to wear around your neck. It's a tradition from his neck of the woods, and works wonders apparently for man flu. It's been passed down through through generations, and might smell a bit....

Let me just rustle you up a nice hot toddy. :)

#7 for me yesterday, giving me another 3 in a row! Today will be a low-spend day as I need to replenish the fruit bowl.

Number 6 NSD posted kicking and screaming into the Cauldron of Doom!

Oh marmite, soooooo glad you managed to do an update, the NSD collection is just piling up, and all the best designer wellies have been nabbed by Hubert who is trying to persuade Igor to fit stiletto heels on them! For some reason Igor parked the Cauldron on the side of the frozen lake, and every time we chuck another NSD in there it slips and skids about alarmingly. Not sure if the ice will hold as the month goes on......

I am also annoyed about the strange odour in my chalet room. To recap, marmite, is it any wonder we get stressy at times? We come away on a lovely skiing holiday only to find the chalet, hired from Chef's relative/ dodgy mate Hans Peter, is a dump. The wind whistles through the windows and the boiler must be solar powered as it only works at noon. Which means if you want a nice hot evening bath after a hard day on the piste ( no sniggering at the back there) then hard luck. Hans Peter seems to be forever getting foodstuffs off the back of lorries and storing it in the bedrooms. Hence the cheese overloaded menu and the stench in my room.

And to top it all I have just found out that Delicious Gunther, our ski coach, is none other than the infamous Bert Scroggins from Eastbourne, wanted in eleven countries for offenses against the environment ( overuse of orange fake tan.)

Igor, peel me a lump of pomegranate strudel, I feel one of my turns coming on.....
