More good news DH got the results of his biopsy today and he is clear of cancer thank god. He has something called Dysplasia of the vocal chords and the surgeon says they will have to keep an eye on him but at the moment all is ok:j

I was convinced that if I didn't go to the supermarket on the way home I'd be eating cornflakes for dinner but I managed to avoid all shops and have just made a very tasty spicy tomato soup from ingredients found in the cupboard. Wonderous!

A lot of us have allowed spends,or count spend days as nsds if we stay within budget.It's really up to you to choose what rules you follow. :cool:
