no there are two types of BPA membership , only one type can issue POPLa codes (clue is in the logo shape)

Does their signage have the IPC logo too?

I've not read back through the thread - was the alleged incident before 1 Jan 15 or after?

No IPC logos whatsoever and the alleged incident was in feb.
I'm getting so bogged down in all this stuff, I'm going to post my current draft and would really appreciate any responses.
