Hello 4am again....
Nothing much to share diary apart from I have changed some of my WTC into £1 and £2 coins to pot so the totals are slowly increasing, although the payment was lower then I was expecting but I'm sure it will balance out when I get my renewal pack through...

Well I just had a punt on the lottery from my £4 still in there, so hopefully £15 million
Hope you're ok. You need to get back to the docs and change medication. The amitriptyline in 20-40mg helps me to sleep wonderfully.
Big hugs xx

LILTY, dont forget your virtual "friends" when you win big lol...
Im okay just taking each day at a time, I have only just changed my medication so want to give it time to settle in, being on tramadol for so long as made me tolerance quite high, I have tried amitrptyline and it gave me blurred vision so came of it after a few days,
I have been told gabapentin is quite good for nerve pain, but its a balancing act, as nerve pain is quite hard to cover with painkillers...

Of course not
I have all of your individual needs covered
lol
I have been offered botox for my nerve issues in my spine should it get any worse. Along with a nerve blocker... I would be tempted! Sitting here now with sciatica twitching down my leg. Been a bad couple of days for pain. Just when it was getting so much better.
The lack of sleep is true torture though. I would be going out of my mind and definitely worth a few days of blurred vision IMO to get decent sleep! I take it at night before bed so the effects have worn off by morning! xxx

ah yes, I remember you said now, when I was given it before it was instead of my daily painkillers so I was put back to tramadol, I will speak to the consultant when I see him next, its a horror trying to get in to see my doctor, and I'm not due back till i finish the tablets he gave me, but you are right maybe something to knock me out at night will help...
I do get scared that I won't wake up though as I live on my own and have no way of getting up apart from my alarm, but I will consider it, I sometimes wish I could have the drowsiness that came with the tramadol when I first started, I have just thought as I am typing this I have some morphine somewhere, maybe that will help me, or just try some herbal sleep stuff, its getting on my wick if I'm honest..
I am finding that I spend all of my weekend catching up and recharging ready for the working week, its a vicious cycle....
thankfully I get weekends of work (for the moment) they are trying to get me to work Saturdays but I am trying my best not to go back there i enjoy my weekends of and thats when I do stuff with the brownies, and generally chill and sleep....

I've never had problems waking up with it, even when you consider I have added in 3 antihistamines known for their drowsy approach, and 2 co-codamols usually.. And even sometimes when I have doubled the amitriptyline dose. As long as you take it at 10pm you are fine.
Amitriptyline on its own can be given in doses up to 80-90mg. Those high level doses are reserved for depression and frankly they don't use it for that anymore because of the MAJOR side effect... it leaves you like a zombie permanently day and night in those quantities. Have been on 20mg and occasionally up to 40mg and although it helps my brain to relax into sleep and go back to sleep if I wake up from pain, I don't have any kind of morning effect. I really think it is worth looking into hun.Even if you tested it on a long weekend/booked some time off to test it.
I am on my own with Jellytot 5 nights of the week, but in reality I am responsible for waking us all 7 nights a week because Him just does not wake up for anything. I wouldn't take anything that would compromise me hearing her. And she is the furthest away from me she could be..worry not! xxx
Hope you don't have to start working weekends. It would just be Saturdays though right? Do they close early? My friend closes at 1pm on a Saturday but gets the whole Tuesday off to compensate and only has to do that every 4 weeks, sometimes every 2.
Happy Tuesday! xx

Ill try that then, I have some time of work end of June so maybe il try then...
If I do have to work Saturday we are open till 3, but as I only work afternoons I'm hoping they will say its not worth my time as that means I will be coming into work for two hours on the week that I'm working a Saturday...
I have offered to work a Saturday and they have given me a day off during the week, so that means I owe them two hours but they are happy to ignore that as they are soooo short staffed they are happy I have volunteered to work...
I am now warming my bones in bed watching the syndicate, I'm not sure it works for a series three, was good when its was a new series but its the same story each series lol...
Ill stay impartial for the moment though, as I said that about series two....I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Banking & Borrowing, and Reduce Debt & Boost Income boards.
