Sorry to hear that's happened again Westie.... when I had sciatic nerve pain a while back it was always around 4am that I used to wake up....seems to be when the painkilllers wear off....just wondering if the doc could adjust things for you somehow?? (Expect you've already asked though...:o) xx

Yes I have asked, I think its just a complication of the painkillers, and because I have been on them for so long the side effect of drowsiness is not there anymore which means I don't fall into a deep sleep....

Ill keep an eye on it though....

well I have done and taken some money out of my TSBee account and paid half to one CC and half to the other - so that means I shouldn't have to pay so much interest, but I think I will get charged more interest on the CC then I get from TSBee, I wont know till I get the interest paid beginning of July....

I have also decided to count my 5p in my tonic water bottle and there is just short of £20 in there, so I have added that to one of my MSE challenges....

I'll pop over and have a look, I paid off £300 of one CC so that's paid in full and rounded the other one down to £1300...

I am currently watching a program on C5 about a lady with servere leg spasms and thinking maybe I should appreciate that there are peopld out there worse then me... Although I still suffer more then my peers...

Anyways no whoa me, just keep fighting as I have been doing since I was born as a baby weighing 2lb and blue lol.....

It's becoming beyond a joke now, been awake for 15mins just looking at the ceiling..: reading my kindle,

Decided to check my nectar points I have £38 whoop whoop and just checked a old email account on tosco site and found £20 in unused vouchers, they will be good for the next clubcard exchange.... My insomnia and leg spasms have gained me £58
