Well, there's been no communication from UKPC since their acknowledgement of my appeal letter on 20/4. As we're well past the 35 days they said they'd respond in it looks like I may have heard the last from them.

I hope you're right, but suspect you're wrong! They won't throw away a chance of £100 without a fight. Always expect the unexpected from a PPC.
As I said, I do hope you're right, but we've seen too many of these in the past. The next communication you might get is something from a debt collector - nothing to worry about, just come back if it does arrive.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
