It's actually looking pretty good for me at this point. All I'm really concerned with is establishing reasonable doubt.
The police were fixated looking for reasons to pull people from roadside that day. They got it wrong in this case0 -

Before you reject the ticket and opt for your day in court get proper legal advice on your chances.
You can't just quote something you have latched onto in this thread to the mags as your defence and trust they'll agree!
Quinton, thank you for the help. I have already spoken to a solicitor and will touch base again next week. I have more confidence now to proceed to court but will not do so before more legal backing.0
