No, reality doesn't.
Looking something up in the address book? Reading a text message? Writing a text message? None of those would show up on a network usage statement. And that's before considering any of the multiplicity of uses of a smart phone that don't involve data transmission/reception.
Adrian I take your point in part but would refer you to mine and Joes earlier posts on this.0 -
You will have to go to court 3 times usually.
First to plead, 2nd to request disclosure for defence as they wont send it unless ordered by the Magistrates and third for a trial.
A clever solicitor will request they move forward is the officer fails to turn up at any of the hearings which you can do.
But the provided stooge will not.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -

Unless it's set for trial the police won't be there, it will simply be put off for another date so no mileage in trying to proceed without prosecution witnesses who have not been warned to attend.0 -

I was asked if I had used a phone to call emergency and I simply replied NO
If your referring to me asking a policeman why he pulled me over that's because I didn't know the answer and thought I had a right to ask. I don't see that as rubbing anyone up.
The joke, at your misspelling, clearly went over your head.0 -

The police thought you were using it.
They dealt with it in an appropriate manor.
You disagree.
It will go to court.
The out come will be determined.
No falsehood or bias there is there?
Yes, read the post I was referring to, he said "use", and I didn't use0 -

Not really, I do understand it is a joke thread.
Not very funny but a joke none the less.0 -

You can post on numerous forums up until your case is heard, but you may find the court decide you did.0 -

But with all the "helpful" posts I've received, along with legal advice, it seems I now have a better prospect of the truth resulting in success for me in court.0
