Thirty mph and in the middle lane?

i was in the middle lane not moving he was travelling at 30mph down the left of me as it was at a set of lights on a 3 lane road he claims as he started to pass me i turned into his car

it was on union street in glasgow city centre its a 3 lane road with a one way system with traffic lights threw out the stretch of road

there was 2 but they cant attend court and they were drinking as it happened at 2:30 am on a Saturday morning

If I had hit the BMW where shown the BMW would have mounted the kerb or have spun out due to the weight difference and the angle that Mr X says I hit him. The Range Rover weight is 3025.17kg the BMW weight is 1320kg my left wing was not damaged if I had went into Mr x my wing would have been damaged due to the impact

do you think that sounds about right as thats pretty much all i have

I'd say on the balance of probability, if his witness is credible he'll win.

my damage is front left bumper thats it it snapped off from the left bar that secures it to the car there was a crack and scratch marks
