Oh my golly gosh...

Oof, my brain is fried after an evening and morning of YNAB-ing.
I've finally figured what I'm doing wrong though (I think) and I really need to simplify my banking arrangements before I can master the budget correctly on there, as my small business deposits and expenditure was also going to a sub account in my main account. So, I've opened another current account which will come with a card, so I can get all of the business income transferred into that account and pay for materials etc with it too. This will save a lot of confusing to-ing and fro-ing from my 'checking' account and will make me more organised with the business funds.
Tomorrow, the bank account should be bolstered a bit with the ex's lump sum contribution, so I will have another look at YNAB and start afresh with it over the weekend hopefully.
Other money news...
I've had a couple more orders which have brought some more funds in, (thanks Lilty!) which I need to get out tonight.
Had to buy DS a specific themed fancy dress-ish outfit for school last night, so cue ex's mad dash to Tesco. £19  and a drive home later, he had to return for them to take the tag off they'd left on there, he wasn't happy! lol. We split the cost, so £9.50 each.
I've amended my online grocery shop as realised I'd ordered a few bits we already had in. Glad I checked the order as, when I went back online, some of the items I'd ordered as were on offer, were no longer on offer. I thought they showed offers dependant on delivery date... it seems &sda do not. I would've been charged at least £7 extra than I expected, so I removed them.
Thought that was a bit sneaky, has kind of put me off them to be honest, in fact, I might cancel it and go with Mr T if I get chance to re-do it all today, it was only pennies more.
Lent a £1 to a colleague for milk, after he'd used the last of mine up... I think I've been stitched up twice there! :rotfl:
I don't mind though, he's a sweetheart really.
Hope you lovely people have a great day

Definitely stitched up by the colleague indeed!! You big softie :rotfl:
Thank YOU for my lovely orderso chuffed!
Ref Mr A's... it does say the dates the offer is on for when you shop and that it will revert if the offer goes out, but it is misleading for sure. I do find them lots cheaper than mr T, but equally I find Leedl much cheaper than both and the quality of meat is far better! xx

Ah, I must've missed that bit on the Asda website Lilty - oopsie! Am so used to the setup on Mr T's website where they display offers valid on the day of your delivery, didn't think to check.
As it is, I've changed it to Tesco and cancelled the Asda order, it's around £1.30 more, but I have e-vouchers for £1.40.
Tried to sort out the joint life insurance today. We're keeping it as a joint policy, but need to increase the sum we're covered for to reflect the new mortgages we now both have. Unfortunately they always want to call me back, as 'those' agents are always busy, and they always manage to call at the most inconvenient times.
I also need to go into the bank on Saturday to change my name, inform them I'm going abroad next week and alter the joint account to a single one. It would be so much easier if I could do all these things online. I am aware I can do the first two via the phone, but never got on with that banking system, always managed to forget/lose the pin codes they sent out to me.Mortgage @ 03/2019: £125,000, Now: £50,378.61

Oooh, well I'm off to Iceland for 6 ish days to (hopefully) see the northern lights. It's always been up there on my bucket list
But, err, I HATE being cold.
I didn't think this one through did I????!
Apparently, vodka is the answer, although I much prefer a glass of red myself
Promise me you'll save me some jelly and I'll bring you some, err, ice back... :rotfl:

Not much to report today, too tired to make much sense anyway...
I worked for most of last night, err, after work, made and packed a few more orders and managed to get toner over two more so, will have to re-do those tonight.
I couldn't sleep then, I was still wide awake at 1am, but must've dropped off shortly after as was woken by loud cries of "I neeeeeeeed a weeeeeeeee" at 1.45am, then couldn't get back to sleep again.
Matchsticks anyone?
Send coffee.
lots.
