Hooray for Legoland and that very special Vida Loca!!:j:j:j it's ages since I went but it was fab and I'm sure you & LL will have a great day!
That food is not a "plan" honey. You know that!!! Make sure you plan proper meals and get it checked out nutritionally. Your health is far too important to go on a crash diet. xxx£10 a day extra in May '18[B]£35/310[

Seconded on the meal... That is nowhere near a plan and any good nutrition and fitness book/website will tell you in the first 3 pages that all restricting calories to that extent will do is make you feel pants, lack energy, lose sleep and the only weight lost will be lean body mass and water. Your body will eat your muscles before it eats the fat if you aren't getting enough protein to sustain it sweetheart.
Plan more carefully... eat things that will give you a low GI (blood sugar) and this will stop the inevitable crash and feeling rubbish. So oats for breakfast or wholemeal toast... eat some salad with plenty of eggs and lean meat.. chicken is fine. And some rice with more meat for dinner. You can rinse and repeat that in any way with any meat and any flavours you want. You will see results without compromising your health.
I know how hard it is and how impatient you are to be perfect now.. trust me I am one of those types as well.. but losing a dramatic amount of weight in a week will only lead to it all going back on again as soon as you up the calories. It is how we are all genetically programmed to help us survive hun.
Big hugs. Glad work is ok. Bless LL, he will be fine soon I am sure... Lots to look forward to! xxx

Seconded re the diet. Didn't you mention something about a Gym at work? Can you use it? Last Summer, when I couldn't see well enough to read or spend much time at the PC so was doing heavy-duty work in the garden instead, the weight dropped off me - to the extent that I teetered at the very bottom of the "healthy BMI scale". (Have only put on 1.5 kg since!)0

It's not a great diet but it is cheap
I just tried to have some fruit cocktail from another old tin I had in cupboard but the ring pull snapped off and using the electric one will wake LL up so that must be a sign that I had enough to eat today.
The gym at work is sort of awful and expensive. I'm not a gym person but I do go running with O at least once/twice per day.- on a mission to be debt-free by the end of 2017 -

It's not cheap if it affects your health. (BTW, was the tinned fruit coctail in syrup or juice? If the former, definitely not a good idea.) Take a trip down Surrey St & load up on healthy fruit & veg.
I'm not a gym person, either. Just thought that if the one at work was a free perk it might be worth using.

Hey-
My internet is still a pile of old pants. TalkTalk reckon they are still working on it but I am already making enquiries to switch provider.
Sorry I probably keep missing questions but once I get the page loaded to post, I daren't go back to look back at posts because I will spend another 45 mins just trying to load the page again.. arrrgh.. but I know someone asked where I was with the moving house thing and all I can really say on that one is 'hiatus'. My friend is still up for it but I know I have to not act hasty and a lot of valid things brought to my attention here kind of made me go on the back foot on it.
I'd like to find another place to live (cheaper) but maybe not a share. I will look around a bit while LL is away anyway just to see what is out there.
Worked from home today.
Went to my CBT was was OK. My therapist is now on holiday so we will miss a week, and meet again on 17th.
Went to Lidl. Stocked up on quite a few healthy things - melon, grapes, pomegranate, corn on the cob, salmon, chicken breasts, carrots for munching raw, grape juice, a few bits n pieces but within normal budget... I am hungry again today thoughI ate scrambled eggs on toast again for lunch and have just snacked on fruit bits. I need something else before bed. Luca is still having normal stuff but I am staying away from all the processed stuff and extras and soft drinks. Went for 2 runs also.
Fruit cocktail was juice, GF. I got a couple more tins of that and some pineapple cubes also in juice.- on a mission to be debt-free by the end of 2017 -

You need to up your protein, Levi, especially as you are running twice a day so your muscles will need to repair, and protein will also fill you up. Protein and veg for tea for you then! I'm having leftover curry tonight, which is basically all the bits of veg that need using up, and leftover lamb from the roast on Sunday. Loads of chilli and garlic. No rice. Nom nom nom!
Lots of love xxLBM 1st Feb 2015 £18182 to go

Look online for some ideas hun. The scrambled eggs on wholemeal toast would make a great breakfast, (at the weekend if you don't have time on workdays) or possibly a lunch, but you still need a main meal like your salmon fillets or chicken etc as other folks have suggested - you always cook really lovely meals so just have those and cut out cakes and biscuits, crisps etc that are the main culprits. Most diet plans allow for a few treats during the week though as they are all part of a balanced plan. If you're hungry it's wrong - you won't be doing yourself any good and your body will just learn to store everything up in case no more food is coming, which is totally counterproductive.
Hope the internet situation is fixed soon!! (mind you, I'm also having problems with MSE, it's timing me out constantly at the moment!!)

Follow the basic principles of slimming world and you can't go wrong, all the lean meat and pasta and rice and cous cous and potato you want with all the fruit and veg you want...the catch is that you have to have 1/3 of your plate fruit/veg at each meal. Limit the other stuff, but make sure you have some milk or 30g of cheese a day.
When I was on slimming world I would literally have a grill up every day for breakfast (bacon with the fat cut off, fried tomato, fried mushrooms(in just a spritz of oil from a spray thing), baked beans), spag bol (with extra veg bulking out the sauce) for lunch every day, and hm burgers (from less than 5% fat mince) with slimming world chips (spritzed with oil and done in oven) and salad for dinner, 1-2 alpen light bars as snacks, and about 300 cals of treats and I would lose 2lb a week.
Focus on increasing the good rather than cutting out the bad, you want a lifestyle change, and you have issues with binging in the past, this type of restrictive diet will only make it worse (it can actually be a form of bulimia).
Have you thought that LL may be getting unsettled because he can see that you're not eating?Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0 -
I don't think the diet will be unsettling LL Mars, it's not that Levi isn't eating at all and we don't want Levi thinking he's upsetting LL and it's his fault, which is definitely not the case.
But Levi, as everyone said, get some protein down your neck Hun.
I'm a fine one to talk I know, but this week I've really noticed the connection with crap eating and my moods.
Do you have a slow cooker? I've got lots of healthy/cheap/filling recipes I can send you if you have? You could also freeze some portions at the same time
