Sorry about lack of updates - my home WIFI is still acting painfully slow, takes about 15 minutes to load any pages so trying to accomplish anything makes me just want to throw the computer out of the window - let alone the whole losing posts/emails after I've typed them out saga, etc.
I hope it will be sorted soon.

On my break quickly at work but am so busy having to cut that short too! Everything is OK with me though and will update properly as soon as I can xx

I love sunflowers! Can you grow some for me too? I don't have any outside space so can't grow any. I can sympathise with the wifi. I have similar issues with mine at home too. The landlord limited it even though we have four people in the house. Grrr.

My internet is exactly the same Levi. Just lost a post 3x on Octobers thread before it finally posted. Am on 3rd BT engineer cancelled visit. I am going to bill them through the nose for this crap.

Any time my Internet is at all flaky (or any time I have to use webmail on my netbook when we're away) I type the message into a word processing doc & cut & paste it. Saves a lot of frustration!

Don't think this would work on a phone, though. Don't know as I don't have a smartphone, only a "thick" one!

I can copy text on my phone, as long as I'm copying the whole text...at least I can in a text message and then paste it elsewhere. Have done it before when my phone internet went briefly so my phone needed a reboot and I wanted to save a message rather than retype it.

I can c&p on my phone, and always always c&p on my browser, typing it in there is fine for me, and allows me to refer back to what people are saying without switching pages. It is just remembering the cmd + A, cmd + C in order to copy it so that when it (inevitably today) goes awry I can just repost it!!

I have torn BT a new one and should hopefully have mine up and running Thursday afternoon. Or else... :mad: :rotfl:

Right, no idea if this internet will stay on long enough for me to get this done - it seems to be having sudden bursts of being 100% fine.. giving me some hope to be able to get something done- before rapidly being an epic fail again.

I find technical difficulties to be the only thing always guaranteed to mess up my Zen! Printers.. internet connections.. photocopiers.. RAH.

Everythings going alright @ work.
LL has been a complete nightmare for not sleeping the past 3 nights which is more or less making me a zombie. Probably he is having some underlying anxiety for his trip (23rd).. but.. we keep talking and trying to address anything that bothers him or worries him and I know once his grandma and aunty arrive on the 17th and he spends a bit of time with them, he will feel a lot more excited about it.
We are going to Legoland on Friday which is exciting. He has special permission to miss school for it and our tickets are free thanks to a very special Vida Loca getting in touch and being able to source them through one of their memberships. Amazing! Looking forward to LL having an awesome day.
Money - sorry Edwink.. just my loan update in my sig A really tight month but reckon from July onward I will be caught up and the drops will be larger and faster.

Have plans for the weekend - a cousin of mine is in town (lives and works in Spain) so we are going to do something free in London both days and she is going to stay at mine. Have been looking at things to do while LL is away and that is taking shape too.

Diet.. ugh, probably going a bit OTT.
Yesterday I ate only a bowl of veg soup and a piece of cheese. Felt a bit unwell all of today and had really bad stomach pain.
Today I've eaten scrambled egg on toast, half a can of tomato soup and some cheese again. Oh and half a can of sweetcorn.
Will persist with the plan anyway until I can see some results but don't want to get ill from it. Making sure I am doing extra walking during my work day and on my lunch break going for a fast walk.
